Man About The House, Inc. was established by Jim Evans in April of 2002 to give homeowners a reliable resource for all their home maintenance needs. Before I started the business I worked in the wedding and special event industry for more than twenty years. Many of my clients needed assistance in preparing for their special occasion. This often included fence repair, hanging new shutters or just pruning some trees to allow delivery truck access. Other times it meant mulching flower beds, painting several rooms and updating bathrooms. However basic or complex these issues were, contacting multiple contractors, scheduling appointments and having numerous cost estimates to review was quite exhausting.

This company was created to provide today’s busy homeowner the single source for all their home’s needs. We offer a wide array of services ranging from total renovation to changing light bulbs, and much more.
